About Teachers’ Club

STAEDTLER Teachers’ Club is a free online resource for primary school teachers in the UK to access curriculum-linked educational re sources, classroom competitions, and sample products. It also serves to provide highly-relevant content to inform and entertain its community of teachers.

The website is operated on behalf of the global stationery brand, STAEDTLER, with the intent of increasing brand awareness within the education sector, to ultimately promote and drive sales of its products.

STAEDTLER Teachers’ Club is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and that your data is handled lawfully and ethically. Any information we have asked you to provide in accordance with signing up as a STAEDTLER Teachers’ Club member will only be used in line with this privacy statement.

When signing up to become a member of STAEDTLER Teachers’ Club, you are agreeing to share the following information with us:

  • Email address
  • Job title
  • School name and address
  • Key stages taught

Your information will be stored on our database until further notice OR until you delete your membership account.

To delete your account, login to the Members’ Area and click ‘Account’, before clicking ‘Delete Account’. Once your account has been deleted, your information will be permanently deleted from our database and records.

If you decide that you’d like to re-register as a member of STAEDTLER Teachers’ Club at any other time, you will need to go through the original registration process.

Purpose of processing

STAEDTLER Teachers’ Club members will use their email address and password to sign-in and access free member benefits, e.g. educational resources, competition materials, etc. This information is included in the database to verify your membership and allow the membership system to run efficiently.

As a member, your data will also be processed to send you occasional e-newsletters, to communicate news, competitions, or information about STAEDTLER Teachers’ Club changes that are likely to be of interest to you. E-newsletters are sent relatively infrequently to ensure that our members only receive highly-relevant content.

Other contact information may also be used to respond to enquiries, co-ordinate competition prizes, and to identify competition entrants against membership details.
